We accept returns or exchanges for only situations that meet the following criteria. Any request for returns or exchanges have to be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
We’re so sorry the order you received was less than perfect. We do have a strict quality control process in place however, due to potential human errors, we may have accidentally shipped out a defective product.
In the event where you you receive damaged goods or if there’s a manufacturing defect on the item(s) that we have shipped out to you, please email us a clear picture of the defect to [email protected] within 7 days from the date the product was received so that we can assist you in a timely manner.
We apologize for shipping the wrong order to you. We understand it is frustrating but our support team will assist you to the best of our abilities.
If you have received the wrong order, please send in an email to [email protected] with a copy of digital receipt and photo of your desired order. Our support team will swiftly guide you to the exchange process.
Our order team processes the orders as fast as they can. For any order changes, please notify our customer support team with your order ID and email within 24 hours after payment via email at [email protected]
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can still be amended as it may have been sent out for shipping and cannot be recalled. In such cases, no changes, refunds or returns will be allowed.
So please make sure that your order and sizing is correct before proceeding to make payment.
Any request for a cancellation of your order has to be emailed to [email protected] within 12 hours upon payment. We will not be able to proceed with the necessary cancellations for anything past 12 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled upon request as our Order Team works quickly in processing all our orders.
